A branch partner is an individual who get the right to use our marketplace system as their own business model under the Commudash ownership umbrella, while a business owner is completely independent of Commudash while owning our system.

What you will get

for branch partners, we will give you all the necessary technology and legal documents to operate your branch as your own business, but for business owner, we will sell you everything you need to run your marketplace, but you still need to get your legal documents from the city you're in.

  • Business owners will need a deposit of $500 (or pay the full of $5000) to own our system

1) As a branch partner, you should manage it as if it was your business although Commudash owns the name, the logo and is responsible for all technical aspect of it. 2)As a business owner, you will have all the right, Commudash owns nothing.

Secure contract structural

1) As a partner, you will need to sign a contract to protect your interest and ours before you can start using our system and also this contract will protect you from being remove in our network for any raison.

2) A business owner will not need a contract, Commudash owns nothing.

Ability to buy your branch

1) As a partner, you can decide to buy the branch you are managing at any time, in that case all the right will be transfer to you as a business owner.

2) As a business owner, you own all the right, Commudash owns nothing.

First month is free

1) Because we want you to succeed, Commudash will give you, branch partners, one month for free, therefore you will not need to contribute the 10% of your monthly revenue as require.

2) Business owners do not contribute anything to Commudash.

1) Because Commudash already has a business infrastructure (Zoning, delivery, membership etc..), branch partners will not need to have their own, they will use the business infrastructure in place

2) Business owners are free to have their own values and internal structure as they see fit.

Deposit back guaranty

1) Branch partners will have their full deposit back at the end of the duration of the contract if they decide not to renew with Commudash

2) Business owners are not under contract therefore will not have any deposit back.
